Mindfulness is proven to benefit our mental and physical wellbeing. And it’s for everyone, helping conditions such as stress, anxiety, depression, addictive behaviours, and problems like hypertension, heart disease and chronic pain*. In our ‘Mid-year mindfulness’ podcast, we’re joined by our in-house mindfulness practitioner, Hayley, who will explore simple ways that allow people to really be in the moment.

As the workforce ages, many employees are finding themselves with extra caring responsibilities, The so-called ‘squeezed middle’ are juggling looking after elderly relatives with childcare, while more working parents are trying to balance working responsibilities with their children’s needs. Our ‘We care’ podcast highlights this often missed and silent group, and explores the resources and support available to ease the pressures of caring. In partnership with Alzheimer’s Society.
